In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "cty999" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at cty999.org, including all games, services, tools, and features made available therein.
• "Platform" means the cty999 website, mobile browser interface, and any related services operated under the cty999.org domain.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the primary transaction currency on the cty999 platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

By registering an account on cty999, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cty999 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all real-money gaming activity. Players found to be underage will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Territory where participation in online gambling is unlawful.
• You have not previously had a cty999 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• All personal information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of cty999 or any of its affiliated game providers.

cty999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time during the registration process or at any point during an account's lifetime. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cty999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

cty999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request purporting to be from cty999, do not comply and report it to our support team immediately at [email protected].

• You must notify cty999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any security breach involving your credentials.
• cty999 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• cty999 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password and advises against using the same password across multiple websites or services.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to cty999 in a timely manner.

All financial transactions on the cty999 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cty999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cryptocurrency.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount via JazzCash or EasyPaisa is Rs. 200. Minimum deposits for bank transfers may differ and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your cty999 wallet balance promptly upon successful processing. In the event of a delayed credit, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• cty999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• cty999 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees on standard PKR transfers. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• cty999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to conduct enhanced due diligence.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

cty999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific game contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses are subject to an expiry period from the date of issuance. Any unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold multiple active deposit bonuses simultaneously unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: cty999 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns. This includes, but is not limited to, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting. Where abuse is detected, cty999 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the account.

All bets and game sessions on the cty999 platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published within each product category.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only deemed accepted when it has been confirmed by the cty999 system and a reference number has been generated. Bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues or system errors are not valid.
• Odds & Pricing: Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is accepted are the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, not the odds at which the bet was initially placed.
• Void Bets: cty999 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of a system error, data feed failure, manifest pricing error, or where the event to which the bet relates has been cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or affected by circumstances beyond the platform's control.
• Casino Games: All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and Double Fortune titles — use certified RNG or live-streamed mechanics. The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds. cty999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all gaming verticals. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market. cty999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at its discretion.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) sports bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the time of placement. cty999 may suspend in-play markets at any time, including during key moments of a match, without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cty999 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the platform without human input.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in the platform to obtain funds, bonuses, or advantages not intended by cty999.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed via cty999.
• Using the cty999 platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or conduct any transaction related to illegal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.
• Registering or operating accounts on behalf of third parties, whether for personal gain or at the direction of another individual or organisation.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered cty999 players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

• You may not use the cty999 name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests an affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from cty999 without express written consent.
• Game content — including slot titles, live casino streams, and crash game mechanics — is licensed to cty999 by third-party providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property terms in addition to cty999's own.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users to cty999 may be used by cty999 freely and without obligation or compensation to the user.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cty999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss or damage arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or civil unrest.

cty999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit cty999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

cty999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on cty999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including CNIC details, contact information, and payment method data — is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• cty999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
